Cannot express my dissapointment with this company and their coverage. Purchased warrenty for my used truck at the dealer. Took it into the shop, waited 2 weeks for them too get back to the shop. After 2 weeks turns out an oil pan gasket, and a coolant leak get denied because of the truck having a leveling kit installed on it?? Any other warrenty could use their "2 eyes" and see that is the stupidest excuse ever as it has nothing to do with the engine on my truck. Horrible customer service as well I waited on the phone for 30mins the first time and just to check and make sure everything was covered which they said it would be. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRENTY!!
If I could give it NO stars I would. Worst customer service.You cannot speak to a live person. You have to speak to an AI Bot. Do not waste your money.I had my rack and pinion replaced the Car repair facility would not call in so I had to do it. They wouldn’t talk to me. They told me that the car repair facility had to do it. I filed the claim and then they denied it.I’m serious go to another car warranty place. This company is horrible.
