The ring I purchased turned my daughter's finger brown/green after just two days. When I contacted the company, they said I would have to pay $20 to return it to China. They then offered various refund percentages, and I agreed to the highest but never received anything. Complete scam.
I browsed this company's website and considered a purchase but realized it is a scam. They use misleading advertising to make it seem like a family-run business in the US, but it's actually based in China, selling low-quality goods that are hard to return. They have altered their website to escape scrutiny.
What a terrible experience with this company. They claim to operate from China. The earrings looked nothing like the images on the website. I requested a return, and after two weeks, they offered a 10% refund or I could return them at my expense. Extremely poor business practices and customer service.
