Mixed experiences

I ordered one item about a month ago with no issues - the product arrived fine and was a great deal on a branded item. However, I ordered another item two weeks ago and it never arrived. The seller for this second order is listed as a specific company. I’m just sharing my experience, as one order was satisfactory while the other was not.

If I could rate lower, I would

If it were possible to give no stars, I would! Do not buy from this service! I purchased an item, then realized it wouldn’t arrive in time for my needs. Minutes later, I tried to cancel the order, but the seller wouldn’t allow it. I was then informed that I had to pay for return postage and tracking to get a refund. I ended up paying £8.40 for tracked delivery and had to prove it was sent back. All for a £23 refund. It’s ridiculous!

Very poor customer service and good not arrived

Very poor customer service. I have not received my order number T66SQ86 it’s been 20 days and i paid £51. Is this a scam company? No response from anyone. Just emails asking for a review! So here’s my review ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Resolution of Issue.

On buy is a marketplace for scammers

I ordered 2 pacco rabanne 1 million purfumes from On buy. 1 came and I contacted the seller after 3 weeks. They seller is a scammer and said he sent 2 and that I had opened the package and re wrapped it. I contacted On buy who decided to do nothing as pay pal was investigating. When I opened the package you could clearly see this was fake purfume. I tried to send it back, having to go up town in order to do this and costing £5 even though the return was not my responsibility. This whole process has taken 2 weeks of countless e mails and running around, without any help from On buy. The only reason I trusted this company to shop with, is that I trusted On buy to have reputable sellers and at the least, their back up in case of any scams. This is not the case. I will not be shopping with On buy again and discourage others from doing so to.

Counterfeit products

Thought I was buying from On Buy but apparently item was supplied by H K Mart. Counterfeit product and although seller responded to my initial message they now say it will take 5 days to send return instructions. Why that long? You cannot contact On Buy until 48 hours after initial message. Loads of negative reviews about seller so why are On Buy still using them?

Why do I have to have an account just by purchasing ?

I purchased a sofa bed I found on line. No problems, nice chair. BUT I don’t want an account and am going round and round trying to leave. I’ve followed all the instructions but no luck. Get me out of here!! So annoying. If I’d have known this is the price of buying from them I’d have gone elsewhere

This company is completely faceless

I have placed 2 seperate orders online on this website. First to arrive was a plastic calendar which was poorly made and broken. The second purchase i was made to wait weeks for delivery only to be told it was no longer in stock - still never received a refund scammed.!There is no recourse,no customer service no human customer service only computer generated answers
