The call operator was very pleasant and thorough. However, the claim logging process took an excessive amount of time, nearly 2 hours. This was largely due to the scripted questions he was reading and filling out, which were later sent to me for completion. If I had received the form initially, the claim logging process would have been much quicker. Nevertheless, the operator provided excellent service.
