On [02/02/2026], I requested a crypto withdrawal of $5,365 via TRC20 from my account with [Broker Name], which was marked Approved.After approval, unauthorized deposits and trades were executed on my account without my consent, leading to the complete loss of my balance.I did not authorize any activity after the withdrawal request, and MetaTrader had already been uninstalled.I am requesting:A thorough investigation of the unauthorized activity.Immediate recovery of my funds or a clear explanation from the broker.This complaint is submitted publicly to warn other traders and to pressure the broker into resolving this serious security breach immediately.

This broker is a complete scam. I finished the 30-lot no-deposit challenge, but their system refused to credit my reward. On top of that, they have huge spreads and a terrible support team.Honestly, don’t trust them — I absolutely do NOT recommend this broker.Negative stars 🤣💀✌️
Welcome to the one platform where customer service only response on review but not on problems on there platform. Gmail no response the only thing there have is a live bot that doesn't give a reason answer on telegram and live chat. So if you have any problems just forget about them helping you.
