Avoid this service for travel reservations

There are numerous online platforms for making travel bookings, and they typically provide helpful, courteous service to meet your travel requirements. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this service. I am still waiting for a refund from a canceled reservation. Trust me, seek alternatives to spare yourself the stress and frustration.

It would be great if you could stop changing my plans...

It would be great if you could stop altering my trip details. I’ve noticed multiple changes to my return to Rapid City on the 30th, and it’s becoming quite frustrating. I chose this trip to arrive at a reasonable hour so I could get home before dark, but now I won't be back until after 9 PM, which is disappointing.

Think carefully before using this service...

I strongly recommend reconsidering before using this service. I had to cancel my flight shortly before departure due to work obligations. Even with trip coverage, the company has not refunded any part of my ticket. A terrible experience!
