It simply doesn't work, even if the uploads were successful and I got a message in the browser window stating that the verification process could begin I never heard back from them. Tried with 3 different accounts and same problem with all of them.
This verification process is ineffective. I made several attempts on different days and devices, yet I keep encountering the pop-up: 'Something’s gone wrong. You’ll need to restart your verification on your computer. Please go back and verify.' This is a frustrating experience that excludes users from essential services.
It's disappointing that zero stars aren't an option. This verification system is a complete disaster. I tried on three devices and five browsers, but all I got was the 'white screen of death' or 'something went wrong.' I can't understand why any provider would use this, especially given the potential loss of business.
The alternative is significantly better! It works flawlessly and isn't plagued by issues. Every time I try to complete the verification, it goes through the processing screen and then abruptly returns to the previous page. It's been a month of this, with no resolution. This service is a joke, and it's clear why alternatives are far more successful. They’ve created a product that is frustrating and ineffective. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a better solution.
Recently, I tried to use their ID verification service for the first time. Unfortunately, it failed to verify my driver's license and face. I have no clarity on what went wrong, as there was no explanation provided. I suspect it might be due to the orientation of my ID or the AI misinterpreting my face. I just wish I knew why this service couldn't perform its basic function of verification.
Extremely frustrating. I need to verify my identity to sign important finance documents. While I can upload photos of my driving license, I keep getting errors when asked for a live video of my face, resulting in a blank screen and error messages. I've tried multiple devices and had the link resent, but it's just a waste of time.
