This place is a fantastic destination for families. We have been coming here together since my daughter was under a year old. It was her favorite spot while growing up, and having a membership let us visit weekly. Now, 14 years later, we aim to go twice a year, and it remains just as enchanting, particularly during the holiday season!

We had a great time on a chilly winter day. We bundled up and enjoyed watching the animals, all of whom seemed well cared for. The Christmas decorations were lovely and impressive, and the elves were busy working for Santa. We enjoyed rides on the cars and the train, and we will surely come back next year.
Returning to this venue after several years was a great chance to reconnect with old friends, some of whom I hadn't seen in nearly 50 years. It was an ideal meeting spot with plenty of activities and dining options, even for a group of early retirees! It was wonderful to see so many different animals, and I look forward to coming back soon.
The service in the hot food area was lacking; the staff did not thoroughly clean the tables, which raises sanitation concerns. The cleaning seemed rushed and left a greasy residue. The other areas of the venue are generally great. One more note is that the music at the entrance is quite loud, and there should be signage regarding this, as it may not be ideal for everyone.
