I've placed many orders with the company and invested quite a bit. Unfortunately, my latest order hasn't shipped yet, despite being scheduled for dispatch on the same day. If I had chosen another vendor, I might have it by now. I've reached out for support but haven't received a reply. With recent bans on certain products, I suspect my order is delayed. I'm feeling a bit impatient.
