I changed my number, rang customer service 3 times to update, either no English or systems down. Several emails no response. Had a stroke in November and heart attack these people are stressing me I am trying to sort out payments but they won’t let me dreadful people
avoid at all costs, app is so basic and near enough useless, cant link the card to paypal, cant pay it off "on time" interest added randomly thought out the month, late fees as they didnt take their DD even though its set to pay off in full. overall 1* is still to much for them.
