Time to lose your money. Get ripped off. The clothes looks nothing like the website pictures. The print is so poor it’s laughable, the cloth is so thin and polyester you will look cheap, and the clothes are cheap. Buy cheap look cheap. Shipped from china by bad business - forget about returns. Just lose your money, and move on. Been there. Got juped so you don’t have to. Your call.
The package never came. (Switzerland) the weird part is, there’s a fake tracking with information that can’t be true. It said it’s delivered on a Feiertag Karfreitag, where never something will get delivered in the first place. But they didn’t know that so….. very weird
This is a scam company. They have wonderful products advertised on Facebook and Pinterest , and promise a money back guarantee. You certainly won’t get the item you think you ordered, just some cheap article . If you want to return it to China you’ll have to pay twice what it cost you in postage! Don’t touch them. Buy from Amazon , EBay or a regular retailer.
Placed order with Opazity on 2/4/2026 for an ultralight mobility walker. I received an order confirmation and update emails including tracking information. When the tracking email stated it had been delivered. I had not received the package shipped by China Post, I contacted opazity after 7 days. I was directed to submit all original order documents a third party, Seel. Seel wanted their documents completed with additional information, Seel does the notarizing online. Their document requires information including social security number. At this point, I decided this was an elaborate phishing scam. If you prepaid for the “carbon fiber walker”, but didn’t complete required documents in Seel’s timeframe, consider yourself fortunate. The loss of your prepayment is small in comparison to the real possibility of Identity theft.
The website is a scam , I ordered and they only replied once in the email , after that no reply have I got from their side no matter how many emails I have sent , to update upon the parcel’s status , no refund and no reply , please don’t order from them. Not a trustworthy website.
