Review Time
Would give zero if I could. Got a confirmation that my order was delivered today. I received nothing. Checked tracking number with UPS who said package was delivered but to someone else and that the tracking number that I got from Open Sky was for somebody else who ordered the same product as I did on the same day. Too bad Open Sky has no direct telephone number. Now I am out 52 dollars and have no product and only an e-mail address for Open Sky that no one responds to.
OpenSky was fine, ordering process & delivery was relatively fast. The Wolfgang Puck blender I bought, it’s remanufactured & it’s obvious. It doesn’t have the power that my non-remanufactured blender had (had to leave it behind in my divorce). It also smells a bit like the engine is hot every time I use it! It’s just not as powerful as it should be.
