Review Time
I was so excited to find the mailbox replacement door at a great price. Waited 2 weeks before it shipped. They sent it to Houston instead of Virginia and won’t respond to my inquires. Of course there’s no number to call. I had to go through my credit card company to try to resolve it. We’ll see how that works. Definitely won’t use them again.
The Slot machine bank tems I ordered were great. I could not find it anywhere in the size, quality and price. One came in damaged and they replaced it quickly with no problem. All I had to do was send them a photo of the damage and they mailed me a replacement. I'll refer them to my friends.
My order came quickly and was of high quality. It was easier to assemble than I anticipated. The only thing I was concerned about was that there was absolutely no indication of how long it would take to be delivered. I even made contact with the company to inquire about it but never heard back from them. I wasn't in a hurry for the item but it would have been nice to have SOME idea how long it would take to arrive. It was probably a week. I was pleased with that.
