I've used ModeSens to compare prices and source designer items, and the platform has been consistently reliable. It makes it easy to find authentic luxury pieces across multiple trusted retailers, mostly w/ a better price. Checkout& shipping is straightforward. Everything arrived exactly as described. I also appreciate the transparency around pricing and availability. Overall happy and would def recommend.

Using Modesens has been the best shopping experience I've ever had. Being able to browse through over 800 stores—ranging from luxury brands to discount shops—and find the best prices for almost everything you could need is truly incredible. An A+++++ experience!
Modesens actively suppresses negative reviews. They flagged my negative review twice trying to get it removed, but it was put back up both times. Finally, after submitted a THIRD flag, they succeeded in suppressing my review. Congratulations, Modesens! Evidence of how many times you flagged my review will be used in my YouTube review of Modesens.com warning people not to give them a shred of data. You can delete your replies all you want; I have copies!ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH NASTY EVIL NON-SLUR INSULT REMOVED: Luckily, I never gave these people my credit card information. Sadly, I gave them my email, and they refused to me unsubscribe by simply hitting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of a marketing email. Clicking "unsubscribe" leads you to a sign up page, forcing you to waste time logging in, which can only be done with an emailed passcode, and then navigating to the account section, where there is a delete account option. This option uses dark patterns to intentionally trick you into hitting "unsubscribe from email notifications" where "yes, delete account" should be in the confirmation popup after you click "delete account," making you think you deleted your account when you didn't. This design is intentional and malicious. Disgusting business practices.Update: Modesens tried to remove my review by falsely flagging it as "harmful or illegal." Their explanation is a lie: clicking "unsubscribe" from an email forced me to do a multi-part song and dance. Also, they failed to address the dark pattern design of their site, which intentionally and maliciously abuses users' expectations of how popups work to trick them into keeping notifications and their account. Disgusting.Update 2: They are playing stupid! "Dark mode and light mode"? I clearly explained the "dark pattern" DESIGN they intentionally and maliciously built into their website! They know what I'm talking about and they choose to play stupid! Modesens, when I click "delete account," what does the confrimation popup say? What does it say on the right button, where "yes/confirm" should be? What does it say on the left button, where "no/cancel" should be? Is there any particular reason those are reversed, so that the user, accustomed by the decades-long standard user-interface practice of designating the right button on a prompt to confirm, would still have an active account after selecting "delete account" and then hitting what should have been the "confirm" button? I know the reason. : )Do NOT give these people your credit card! Don't even give them your email! How they have chosen to respond to my complaint, by flagging my review as "harmful or illegal", tells you all you need to know about Modesens! Also, note how in addition to refusing to acknowledge the dark patterns built into their website, they also curiously chose not to acknowledge my claim of their flagging of my review under false pretenses ("harmful or illegal") to stop me from speaking out. Why? Because that'd be a lie. And it wouldn't stand up in court. The truth, who submitted the "harmful or illegal" flag on my review, can easily be recovered by a subpar lawyer's subpoena. Props to Trustpilot for refusing to cave to Modesens!UPDATE 3: Modesens attempted to have this review taken down by flagging it for a SECOND time. Once again, props to Trustpilot for refusing to cave to them!UPDATE 4: Modesens can modify their reply to try to make them sound more responsive all they like. I took screenshots of their reply, which keeps being heavily modified, each time. Trustpilot should allow image uploads.UPDATE 5: Modesens is doing everything within their power to look for every little tiny possible loophole to remove my review. This is censorship. I will never stop screaming about how awful you are. You could have just accepted the bad review, but you CHOSE to act absolutely unhinged about my review and hit it with a baragge of petty, false, tone-policing flags. You will NEVER silence me. Censored reviews on Trustpilot can easily be found on YouTube. : )UPDATE 6: This is the the, what, fifth time Modesens has flagged my review? Someone at Modesens doesn't understand the Streisand Effect. ; ) The issue is no longer any of my original, valid complaints, but how you CHOSE to respond to my review by abusing the flag system in your favor. Look at how they have chosen to address (or conspicuously refuse to address) my original complaints. Look at how they chose to erase and rewrite their responses, while I made addendums, except for removing the EVIL, AWFUL, UNACCEPTABLE word ("pig") they were so deeply harmed by that they felt the need to flag my review five times. Look at how I edited my review to remove "pig," and yet they keep finding excuses to flag this. You wanna give these people your money?
I felt certain after my experience this is a scam site. I ordered Michael Kors sneakers on this site by mistake thinking I was ordering from Michael Kors 's site. I got email confirmation from PayPal stating that my bank authorized the charge. I saw the shoes cheaper on MK site and tried to cancel this order. ModeSens responded by email the order could not be cancelled and had to be cancelled by the merchant. If not you who is the merchant? I also received several emails offering me to except a price change for the order but not showing what the price difference would be. Finally the order was cancelled but I could not receive a refund from PayPal or my bank. PayPal informed me to contact my bank. My bank said the funds were never deducted but I know and they know they were deducted. Beware.
