Like the jewelry but the website says “order before 16h on workday - delivery next day” I’ve ordered on Saturday, it said it will be delivered Tuesday. Now budbee locker says Wednesday and the parcel hasn’t even been given to the courier :(

Apart of this issue, I have also messaged anna and nina CS about the piece I purchased before my last order, which supposedly cause me allergic reaction, checking if they can confirm it for sure is nickel free. Haven't heard back from them after a week still :) So even though all the other pieces I have so far (i have few more) I have been appreciating, but recently I feel like they got worse.

Not too fast delivery with budbee

Above and beyond

I ordered a Labrador mug at Anna+Nina just before Christmas, but due to the holiday rush, there were some issues with the delivery company. Since it was the last product in stock, the Anna+Nina team went above and beyond to make sure I would still receive it. Once they located the final piece, I received a very kind email letting me know they had decided to gift it to me instead.As it was meant for my sister whose Labrador is sick, I'm really grateful for the way they stayed on top of it and helped me out!

I am a long time fan of Anna and Nina…

I am a long time fan of Anna and Nina and have countless pieces in my home, and a few solid gold piercings from them in my ears. My engagement ring is even from Anna and Nina which I think goes to show how much I love the brand!The service I've received in stores (both Amsterdam and London) has been great but after Christmas I made my first online order which is when things went rapidly downhill. The items I ordered were delivered to my address by DPD. Despite nominating a safe place (a shed in my back garden, accessible to the driver), the package was left on my front doorstep, in full view of the busy main road I live on. When I returned home, the parcel was nowhere to be seen. I checked around the property and with neighbours to no avail.I got in touch with Anna and Nina the same evening (6th January). It is now the 5th February and Anna and Nina have offered no resolution to my issue despite me chasing consistently, often leaving my emails without a reply for a week at a time. I have flagged that the items were in sale and are now out of stock meaning I could not repurchase in the meantime. As of today (5th February) I am still without the items I paid for on the 27th December and also without a refund. All I have received to date are curt responses from their customer service team who have made me feel to blame for chasing the order I haven't received. Needless to say, I'm no longer a fan and I'd go as far as to say that if my engagement ring weren't as sentimental to me as it is, it would be returned to this company who clearly lack empathy for their customers. UPDATE 10/2Anna + Nina have replied to this review stating the matter has been resolved which is absolutely untrue. Since I signed a document confirming I had not received the delivery I have not received further communication with them. I am currently in the process of raising a chargeback via my bank as it seems this is the only way I will get a refund.

Bitterly disappointed

Bitterly disappointed. My wife ordered £300 worth of items and I get notifications that it's delivered, when it's not. Poor customer service, very slow to respond and offered no solutions. "No obvious reason for no delivery" and yet nothing delivered although they send emails it is. Shocking and a mess. Will we ever get our items?

Bad customer service

The plates are really beautiful, but one arrived with a chip. I’ve sent two emails to customer service but unfortunately haven’t received any reply. It’s disappointing, because the product itself is lovely, but the lack of response has made the experience less positive than i have hoped.

I had a bad expérience in the shop

I had a bad expérience in the shop. The sales assistent was not polite and kind. When i came in and when i went out the shop. She did’t say thank you for I bought. I think she don’t like her job. That was my feeling. She has not a custumer feeling. There was not a good vibe. I hope she will work at her issu. It is not the first time i had that in the shop. Otherwise you will lose customers.

"forever bracelets" barely last a year

"forever bracelets" barely last a yearI got a forever bracelet with an extra ruby charm (for 150 eur more) because it was the birth stone of my sister who passed away and it was a nice way to always have her with me. Within the year, the bracelet stretched out which I had to go back to the store to fix and the charm fell off without me noticing. They refused to replace the charm stating that "lost" items are not covered under warranty conditions. When purchasing something that is marketed as a "forever" bracelet, I would expect everything to stay together.

Mediocre workmanship and unsatisfactory customer service

I ordered a custom Name necklace for more than 300€ waited for it to arrive for 9 weeks and am now left absolutely disappointed with the brand. Mediocre workmanship, loveless packaging and unsatisfactory customer service.The necklace arrived in an unclean, not entirely intact jewelery box, the the name on the necklace is not fully processed, one counter is still closed and quality control is obviously not carried out.The Support team reacted quickly but without a word of regret about the poor quality of their work but rather shifting the problem onto the "fact" that the customer doesn't "like" the necklace. I was offered a refund, but under the pretense that an exception would be made because I didn't like the necklace and not because they had delivered inferior quality. This was supposed to be a birthday present so I will have local jeweler fix it ( yes, Anna + Nina, i am aware that the warranty period will not be valid anymore then) and mark this as my last purchase from Anna + Nina.
