I have participated in several studies over the past year or two and have yet to receive the promised compensation. Emails to the service go unanswered, often with vague replies about waiting for future dates. Those dates come and go, but no payments are made. However, they continue to send numerous offers. This feels like a scam.
I completed Phase 5 of a survey in May and was informed that payment would be processed within 3–4 weeks. That timeframe has long passed, and I still haven't received payment. I've reached out to the platform multiple times without any resolution. My contact has either not replied or responded in a dismissive manner.
We encountered a problem with the initial appointment, which required rescheduling. I also had to follow up multiple times to receive my incentive. Overall, there's room for improvement, but the staff were friendly, and I'm pleased with their research efforts. I would consider working with them again.
