I believe this business model is more effective than others in the lead generation space. The prequalification of sellers and appointment setting creates a great opportunity for both the agent and the seller, facilitating the expectation of an in-home meeting.
As others have mentioned, it took me some time to secure a listing, but I learned to adjust my expectations. While these are genuine appointments, it remains a numbers game, with real sellers expressing the same concerns as leads from other sources. If you can plan for 2-4 appointments monthly and maintain the right attitude, you will achieve success! Customer service is excellent, although occasionally slow.
After relocating, I joined this service with 28 years of broker experience. Out of five leads, four declined to show me their properties' interiors. The fourth lead did not respond to my messages. One lead suggested a one-day 'listing' if I brought an offer 25% above market value, which is not a viable opportunity as advertised. Only two of the five leads ever listed, and both did so over six months after initial contact.
