Dear Team, Order Number: 838807. I want to express my appreciation for the swift shipping; my Prada glasses arrived in Sydney from Spain just three days after New Year, which is impressive. Prada is my favorite brand, so thank you for the excellent delivery service. However, I need to address the frame color issue. The original color I ordered was out of stock, yet it was still listed on your site and allowed me to complete my purchase. Your provider kindly offered a different frame color with a $15 difference, which I accepted, but I have not yet received the partial refund.
Very poor customer service. Rude. I ordered glasses, and they emailed to say they were out of stock. When I chose a different pair, they insisted I pay the full price and were very rude in their emails, suggesting I shouldn't use this website. Not helpful at all.
Exercise caution! I ordered sunglasses from them on Black Friday and received a package missing the glasses. I reached out with all the evidence but received no cooperation or credibility. I've reported the seller to the police and consumer protection agency with all the details. Think carefully before making a purchase.
