I have been subscribed to Optic TV for 3 months and just renewed for another 3 months. The service has been great overall. Every time I reach out with a question or assistance, they respond quickly. This is one of the main reasons why I renewed my subscription. Their customer service is awesome!!
These guys are amazing. I’m not green at this at all. Had a problem and couldn’t figure it out , no where close. Dealt with it for 2 days. The customer service stayed with me until the problem was resolved. Can’t ask for a better service team than that. Thank you guys so much for not pushing this situation to the side. You got it resolved and I appreciate it very much.
I have had OpticTV for about 4 months. Just renewed for a year. Happy with the programing. The customer service really stands out. Each time I have reached out, they have been available and responsive. The best iptv service I have encountered.
