I paid six or seven hundred dollars.I would have to look at my checkbook for them to do an investigation.I got one phone call back that said whoever did my taxes was wrong on my income by 15,000.I checked the information, and that is not true whatsoever, this company is fraudulent,In my opinion.They are of no help!! All they did is have me spend seven hundred dollars that I didn't have to spend for nothing. Still have the IRS breathing down my neck!! I paid with a credit card.I have disputed the charge.Hopefully, my credit card company can help me out.
I wish I could rate them lower. They exploit those in need. There's no way they genuinely have 4.5 stars without manipulation. They took a significant amount from me knowing they couldn't assist. This reflects a troubling reality of our society. The affluent continue to thrive. It's truly disheartening.
