Review Time
I was having any issues with the short clips that I was trying to post to social media through the site. It would run like the AI was going to provide text for the post and hashtags and nothing would show up. I tried multiple times, even restarting. I messaged in the Opus chat, but the issue had resolved itself by the time I was able to articulate it. The support person, Ollie (not sure if that was AI or not), said they would check just to be sure it was resolved and gave me an option for what to do if it happened again. The wait time wasn't long at all.

However, I'm still a bit unclear about the placement of captions and the necessity to adjust each one; I believe it's a feature I'm yet to discover!
