This is the worst company to do business with. They don’t care about their customers. They don’t keep any spare parts on hand so that you have to wait months for them to show up and if you’re lucky, they actually work when they show up. Not in my case. I had to get a refund from my credit card company. Whatever you do buy a bike from somebody else.
Do not do business with this company. They are absolutely the worst. The customer service is practically nonexistent. I ordered parts four months ago and they showed up and didn't work. Now they tell me tough shit. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money for the parts. Now I'm stuck with a $600 electric bike that I can't ride because all of the parts are brand specific.
The worst company!! Don't do business with them!!! They are too cheap to carry spare parts, so I waited 3 1/2 months for parts and they arrived broken. They refuse to make good and reimburse me for the bike I can't use. Buy from anywhere else.
Love gotrax if you need to get somewhere in style and speed gotrax gots you with many bikes and electric scooters to pick from even electric dirt bikes so I say choose gotrax my experience will gotrax has been nothing but great

This electric bike is truly fantastic. I appreciate the step-through design, which makes it very convenient. Another great aspect is the lower speed setting, allowing for power even at 5 mph, perfect for riding with my dog. It's definitely a valuable investment!
Gotrax is a joke. Don’t waste your money with this company. Customer service is horrible. I’ve asked for e refund and they refuse. The first bike was sent back under warranty. The replacement bike order has not been filled yet. And they even put the wrong color on the order. Was told that all they had available was that one color now. They later said the color has been changed to what I originally ordered. I’ve asked for my money back several times. All I get is piss poor customer service. Originally purchased October 6. Delivered October 11. It’s now October 29 and no idea when I replacement will be sent. But that shouldn’t matter cause I just want a refund. If you do business with this company they are only out to get your money. No help. Business etiquette is horrible.
I have been a customer of GOTRAX since 2018. Their scooters are a lot of fun and very durable. I have put mine through hell and they have served me well over the years. Anytime I had an issue, customer service was quick to help me move things along. I like how they offer a wide variety to fit scooter needs for just about everyone.
The scooter is great but getting parts is a complete nightmare. I got a flat and had to wait 3 weeks for the new tube. The tube came with a hole in it. Instead of priority shipping me another one I have to wait another 3 weeks.Unacceptable
I had a broken piece on my Gotrax Dual Motor Scooter. Called customer service, someone actually answered, sent me a follow-up email immediately so I could put in a claim. After a few days they responded and are now sending me the piece I need. Very easy to deal with and responsive.
