Chat feature provides great help promptly with a question and a billing enquiry. Content of articles is solid needing only minor edits most of the time. Hopefully this will get better. Some promising signs of improvement in our rankings hopefully will continue to improve!

We use Shopify and are pleased with the service, the automation with blog content ready straight to approve or edit is great.We used Ai to help write very specific image and brand voice guidelines during the onboarding process and the articles produced so far are great and if you want to edit or request change it’s an option. For me it’s worth the monthly cost without doubt.
Deserves one star because it was sold as an SEO tool and only has a plugin for Wordpress. I was charged and then cannot use the software for its intended purpose. Its a shame because I think this would be a decent piece of software at some point.
I tried out their free trial for their seo and ended my trial with them. Since then they've repeatedly committed fraud by using my card month after month charging me for their service I didnt want to begin with. Ive written numerous letters to get my money back but thieves will be thieves I guess DON'T DO IT They're NOTHING BUT THIEVES.
