I feel like I was tricked into buying a virtual address but ended up having to all this extra stuff with identification and I have to leave my house and I'm crippled just so I can print copies of to fill out to send to the company... If I would have knew this I would have waited until I had everything done ... Now my clock is ticking to use the address for business loans... And I can't even get one because I don't have enough money to change the address with the IRS
At this time we can only give them four stars because we've only been using services for a month, but so far so good. Customer service did well with any questions we may have had. Customer support the same. Whether or not they are a service provider worthy of five stars will be determined as we gain more experience as their client.
