We have relied on this system for 26 years with our Pyrenees and now with our three Field Spaniels. The system functions exceptionally well. Recently, one of our dogs started escaping. After trying various solutions (replacing batteries, prongs, and collars), we contacted a representative. He arrived promptly and quickly identified that our garage transmitter had failed. He replaced it, and we were back up and running in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend this service and the system; it keeps our dogs safe without obstructing the view. Training our dogs to respect the boundaries took less than a week. The wire used is durable enough to resist damage from gophers. Even wildlife like rabbits, gophers, or deer can't lure our dogs away. Additionally, the representative is fantastic to work with and promptly addresses any questions we have, such as when we installed an asphalt driveway over the wire or laid a new internet cable. This has undoubtedly been one of our best investments. Our dogs are both safe and happy.
Am so glad to have purchased the hidden fence….. I’m not sure who is happier….. me or my dog Bailey. I was skeptical that she would actually respect the boundary but she learned it so quickly and she has been running our large yard safely since it was installed months ago. My daughter purchased a competing system and when we compare the two …. We both find the Dog Watch brand to be significantly superior due to the ability to adjust the system ourselves and because of how the system works. Our dealer Marianne from Endless Mountains was wonderful in her responses to all my questions…. even after they completed the install. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely informative. Overall…. money very very well spent. I highly recommend.
Mark was great to work with. He helped us promptly and genuinely cared about the safety of our dog. He showed us how to train her and has assured us he will be there to help us if any problems occur with the fence. We're confident he will be there if we need him. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing an underground fence.
Excellent company to deal with, staff always polite and helpful on the phone, the dog fence is ideal to keep my terriers safe in our garden on our farm, had this installed about 5 years ago brilliant product, excellent follow up service, and company happy to come and check fence to make sure it is still up the standard i require to keep my dogs safe if and when i have needed this peace of mind.
Todd was easy to work with (and worked around my schedule), installation was fast, he was patient with training my new pup! Todd was thorough and gave detailed instructions on what to do in the coming weeks to properly train my puppy. I appreciated the approach that it would take a couple of weeks instead of other companies that promise to have your puppy trained by the end of the day. I feel like my pup respects the boundary line vs. being terrified of it. I've had zero issues with the system and very grateful to have it installed so my pup has freedom to safely roam the yard!
