Review Time
I purchased hearing aids from this company. i told them after 4 days that one of the units kept turning itself off. They told me i was doing something wrong. within a short time and i am talking less that 60 days the unit failed completely. I asked to send it for them to fix it and they told me it was outside their warranty of 30 days.
I expected better and am here writing this review so that you do not get the same shabby experience. BUY FROM A UK BASED COMPANY i have and they have given me a 12 month warranty what a difference
The experience was fantastic; the representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and clear. The only issue was that when I tried to call, it showed up as spam, causing me to hang up twice before answering. If it had been a familiar number, I would have responded sooner since it's easier to talk than type. However, everything worked out well, and we are very satisfied.
EDIT: (Response to the company's reply)
Of course, you're not able to locate my order because it isn't under my name. But let's consider this: if you did find my order, would the product somehow improve just because it’s with my grandfather? What’s the purpose of even mentioning that? Can you magically transform amplifiers into real hearing aids just by accessing the order details? Well, you should just admit it's a sham because that's exactly what your product is. Customer service was nearly rude, very aggressive, and continuously tried to upsell my grandfather on a monthly subscription he didn’t require (I was listening in). The representative seemed like he was having a bad day and grew impatient as he had to repeat himself since my grandpa struggled to hear him. (Really? You work for a “hearing aid” company?) Now, regarding the product itself, it’s terrible. There’s a reason it’s priced at $99. Even the lowest volume is too loud, and they keep falling out after a few minutes. That’s why I put “hearing aid” in quotations earlier. These aren’t hearing aids; they’re just amplifiers. You get what you pay for. Real hearing aids are going to cost around $3,000. That’s just the reality. Happy holidays.
I am currently in my second week of using a hearing device. Each time I take it out of the charger and put it on, I experience a constant loud buzzing in both ears. It has become unusable, and I ultimately decided to return it. They charged me $15.00 for shipping and processing to return the device. If you're seeking a reliable hearing aid for hearing loss, this is certainly not the right option. Thank you.
These hearing aids are inexpensive but fail to function. The company lacks customer support, as they do not respond to emails. Although their website claims that products can be returned within 30 days, they do not provide a return address. I would advise against purchasing these hearing aids. I would appreciate hearing from others who had similar experiences. Thank you.
U am at the 2nd week of using OriclePro Hearing Device. Whenever I get it out of charger and wear it, I hear a continuous loud buzzing i both the ears from this device. I couldn't use it and finally I had to return the unit. They charged the shipping and processing cost of $15.00 to return the device. If you want a pair of good hearing device that will help your hearing loss, this is definetely not the one. Thanks.
