When the US servers went offline, staff initially assured us that all data was safe and they just needed to restore the machines. Many users, including myself, waited instead of migrating. Later, they announced that recovery was impossible, leading to the permanent loss of all US-based data. This sudden change, without clear communication, resulted in the total loss of my database and files. By the time the truth was revealed, it was too late for users to act. The issue originated from their provider, not the users, yet we received no warning or backup instructions. The mixed messages created false hope and hindered timely action. If your project or data is important, I would not recommend relying on this service. Always opt for a host with transparent communication and reliable backup systems.
