Their customer service is disgusting. After you place your order they then send you confirmation email asking you to check your order for any mistakes. Meanwhile, they add product to the order that you didn't order and charge your card.
When you immediately check your order upon receipt of their email and see that there has been a mistake. They conveniently then respond by saying that the order has already been shipped without them checking your email response and claim that nothing can be done about their error.All they do is apologize while their enjoying the extra money they have just double charged you.
This company is corupt,misleading and fraudulent and should be reported to consumer affairs. I won't be reccomending this company to anyone. Going by their behavior they are most likely scammers based in China.
Once again the consumer loses.
Absolute Scam, ordered 3 pens and was charged more than the expected price advertised, but worst is that the shipping cpmany they use is another scam
on the tracking, they pretended to delivered 6 times while I was at home....they basically saidf that you are not home and after 2 weeks, they are sending the product back
weird enough, the shipping company probably doesnt exist as you cannot call them and you only receive automatic emails saying the delivery will be made the following day

I can confirm that this company is a scam. I’ve been scammed and received no help from the payment platform. Customer service was appalling, and I lost a significant amount of money.
