I ordered size 6 shoe, received very poor quality size 41! Daily emails to arrange return and refund but simply got runaround!Company gives impression UK based but based in China.Trading Standards notified.My bank involved to arrange refund.Terrible products, terrible customer service, insulting!
This company is awful, do not buy from them, shoes are not what they say, return policy is not worth the paper it’s written on, I have been waiting weeks for a refund, they keep saying it’s being processed, never to arrive. Awful awful, they trade under different names too offering the same absolutely the same appalling behaviour.
