Do not buy anything from this brand

Do not buy anything from this brand. I bought trainers which are awful quality and have been trying to return for 2 weeks. They avoid giving you the information to return, state a handling charge but won’t confirm what that is and just ignore emails.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Made out to be a uk company and they are based in China.Attempted to return products and they avoided this at all costs. The slippers were terrible quality abd can be bought for £4.74 on Temu rather than the £32.99 they charged me. The orthopedic trainers were not as described and of absolutely no use to me. Even raised a case with PayPal which ruled in favour of the seller. Absolutely a scam.

SCAM - report to your payment provider

Just an update on my complaint to PayPal about this company. They found in my favour and have refunded me £38.99 which is the price I paid for the scam slippers minus the shipping cost. I went back to the Orthoserene website and checked to see if PayPal is still available. It looks like it’s been disconnected as a payment option as nothing happens when you click to pay with them. Their logo is still being promoted on the website. You can still pay using other cards so I would urge everyone to lodge complaints with your credit card company. You should get your money back and raise awareness so the payment portals are shut down.I also tried to submit a review on the website but of course it wasn’t published. So we can safely say all the reviews on their website are fabrications. Good luck everyone.

This is not a shop

This is not a shop. The address is fake on the website and so are the hours of business. The address is a terraced house owned by a Mr Beard Property maintenance. The returns are not easy as they are still offering me only £12 for a £34:99 pair of shoes and say keep the shoes or pay for my own return. The return address is a shipping company to China and they still won’t send me a return label. This has been going on for weeks and all I want is to return the shoes and get a full refund as they are cheap and nasty, uncomfortable and don’t even have a label in to say what they are made of.

I am having exactly the same problem…

I am having exactly the same problem described in other reviews. Shoes I ordered are rubbish, cheap, shapeless and presumably made in China. It seems to be impossible to get a return label from them. I too was offered £10 refund rather than the £38.99 I had paid. I sent the shoes back to the address in Morden on their website via Evri and have had them returned to me. Presumably the address is not a valid address for this company. A complete scam. Avoid. I will be pursuing a refund via Paypal.

Online purchasing
Avoid this company

I thought I was buying a pair of orthopaedic shoes, as advertised on the Orthoserene website. The cost was £39.99 (allegedly reduced from twice that amount!) plus postage. They arrived at the expected time but are definitely NOT orthopaedic - too narrow (they were advertised as wide fit) and very ill-fitting. I contacted the email address on the website and received a response from a different email address, Bulepods (third party agent?) I think the response was AI generated. It offered me an £8 direct refund with no need to return the shoes. Derisory! I tried the telephone number on the Orthoserene website but it is the mobile number of an individual, Scot Wicks, with a permanent 'unavailable' voicemail answer. The postal address seems to be a residential property, and (according to Companies House) is the registered address of Ultimate Building & Landscape Services Ltd, set up earlier this year but with no filed returns. I was completely taken in by the plausibility of the Orthoserene website. This is not a reputable company and cynically trades on people's health needs and vulnerability.

Bought wide toe box orthopedic shoes

Bought wide toe box orthopedic shoes, they eventually came from China not England, they're not toe box or orthopedic either and they're the wrong size.Avoid buying from this company.

Same comments as everyone else…

Same comments as everyone else basically.Purchased what was meant to be quality leather shoes and boots from what I thought was a UK company (as per their website) an they sent cheap and nasty plastic looking things from Hong Kong that no one would be seen dead in.On requesting a refund they offered me £8 & to keep the shoes! Putting in a claim visa my credit card company now.AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID Rogue Company

Seemingly, I too, annoyingly, have been duped by this "company".I usually read reviews but didn't on this occasion when I purchased a pair of gents slippers which took 6 days from purchase to arrive with no tracking information. The slippers do not match photos on the website and were packed so tightly they are now squashed and misshapen. My suspicions arose when I received a brief unbusinesslike email response to my email requesting a refund offering an exchange. The company has not responded to two further emails and I also rang the mobile number of "Steve Wicks" several times to no avail and can see the address is private.I fear that I can say goodbye to £43!!!
