Major Mistake, It's a Scam

I made a major mistake; this is a scam. I purchased shoes and waited two weeks for delivery, only to be shocked by the poor quality. The soles were hard plastic with no support, and the uppers felt like thin cardboard. They were nothing like described and not fit for use. After constant emailing for three weeks, they offered me £10 to not return them, then £12. I can't wear these shoes and spent £39.95 overall. They are very slow to respond and insisted I pay for return shipping. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, but it turned into a terrible experience.

Received Wrong Size

I had a similar experience to others; the slippers were not the correct size, and I was offered £10 to reorder and keep the original pair. I won't accept that offer since I doubt I'd receive a proper replacement, so I'm hoping to find someone who can use them instead of buying online again. I paid with a credit card, so I'm uncertain about getting a refund.

Incorrect Size Sent and Return Issues

They sent me the wrong size trainers, and I have to cover the packaging and postage to return them. The site claims you can return items within 30 days and that they would send a postage label, but they just respond saying I have to handle the return myself!

They should be closed down

They should be closed down.Would not accept return , except to a false address.Offered £7 refund plus no return.Eventually, via PAYPAL, managed to get a refund of £24 plus no return. Copst me £18 and ende up with shoes not wanted.

A scam?

Ordered size 8 slippers and was sent size 9.5 after waiting a very long time. Been liaising with them to return for over a week now. They have offered me £10 to just keep shoes that don’t fit me. Feel like I’ve been scammed.

Does not adhere to UK trading standards

Company is Chinese: TengzhouTechnologyFirstly, shoes are not orthopedic but they are wide fitting.Company sent wrong size (I ordered UK size 8, they sent EU 41 which is 42.) I wrote a number of unsuccessful emails and then raised a case with my online payment provider who found in my favour and issued full refund. They will offer you 50% refund, then they will ask you to foot the bill for a return. You will have to raise a case with your payment company to resolve this. Please also report companies who do not adhere to UK trading standards to your search engine provider. They do respond promptly and remove the company from future searches. Good luck.

TOTAL SCAM BUSINESS

Unfortunately, I have to join the list of people who wish they had checked Trustpilot first. Slippers were at least 2 sizes too small, could not even get my foot inside. Website has a 30 day return and refund pledge on this particular item and I have taken a screenshot of this. I returned as requested at my own expense but tracking shows the item is coming back to me. Not confident I'll get anywhere jusdging by other reviews.Total SCAM. Hard lesson learned.

This seller is a total scam, Says they are bases in UK and are not ,The address and phone number they use are for a private resident ,and the person gets lots of calls about this case ,I feel sorry for them, I've been stung by them don't even go there!!!!!

Do not buy anything from this brand

Do not buy anything from this brand. I bought trainers which are awful quality and have been trying to return for 2 weeks. They avoid giving you the information to return, state a handling charge but won’t confirm what that is and just ignore emails.
