No good at all. Initially order and delivery was ok. Seriously gone down hill since. My hoover had a piece break off on the third use. I sent pictures straight away and emailed at least 10 times now in just 2 weeks. No response except we are looking into it. Then sent me an email saying charge the hoover to full power and let us know if the problem persists! The problem isn’t a charging issue! Don’t buy this hoover if you value quality.
ordered D10 pro vaccum cleaner. was sent Vyzzle D10. cant register the guarantee. no response for my e-mail requesting explanation. On searching Amazon Vyzzle is being sold for half of the price I paid, It looks like the company is following fraudulent practice
Ordered a cordless vacumm cleaner, arrived ok. Not very poweful , big and heavy. Requested a return, numerious emails all with the , High volume response from Zendesk. Oryzon uk was disolved in 2023, so I emailed Oryzom de, same response. As I payed with PayPal I am hoping they will be able to help.MY ADVISE IS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AY ANY COST
Ordered a cordless vacuum on 15 July, it was delivered 2 days later but the charger doesn't work. Have emailed them twice now and awaiting response but from these reviews it seems unlikely I will get any. Thankfully I paid by credit card so it looks like I will have to pursue a refund.
Not entirely sure if this is legitimate. No customer service; no ability to return an item; Spanish telephone number with physical address potentially Hong Kong. D10 arrived but cannot register for guarantee as order no not recognised and it’s branded as a Vyzzle not Oryzom. Yet to see if item works but as there is no return option, I’m probably stuck with seeing what happens. Buyers beware.
Do not buy anything from OryzomPurchased:‘Cordless Vacuum S12 Pro – Ultra-powerful 100,000 RPM motor for exceptional performance’ well that’s what the advert said backed up by loads of so-called revues which I very much doubt are genuine.The vacuum arrived in the time stated and looked a good bit of kit, unfortunately the power was not as ‘Ultra Powerful’ as their advert boasted so under their 14 day money back promise I emailed them asking for a return - no reply after 3 emails sent and no phone number to contact them on.
I ordered and paid for a vacuum cleaner from this site on 18 June 2025. Delivery was advertised as 3-5 days and order shows as dispatched on June 20, but has not yet been delivered. There is no phone number and despite 2 attempts to get in touch on email and message I can get no response.
