This company does not stand behind its product. I bought a hand-held vacuum. When it failed to work, I exchanged numerous emails with the company, seeking a return and refund. Each response brought another action I needed to take before the company would consider a refund. I speculate that it makes refunds and returns so onerous that unhappy consumers simply give up and add more negative reviews to the Better Business Bureau website and elsewhere.

Ordered a handheld vacuum. Had no name on it, was a cheap product not worth the 80. I spent for it.

Cheap product. Would not let me return. Product not as described. Would never order from this company again!

Ordered an electric razor

Ordered an electric razor, received it tried it and did not like it. Notified the company and they sent me an email with instructions on how to return the item for a refund. I followed the instructions and sent the razor back with a tracking number on 12/3/25, they received the package on 12/8/25 but still no refund. Sent several emails and received several back but still no refund, someone has to do something about this company

Dont buy their cordless hoovers

Bought a cordless hoover from them in july, 3 months later the flexible hose split, complained to them and they told me it was my fault for misusing the hoover and would not fix it

Dreadful customer support

This has been going on since 10th August to get refund on vacuum despite my 25 emails and there replies if SORRY, WE WILL INVESTIGATE, YES REFUND WILL BE ISSUED SO FAR 20TH NOVEMBER Nothing . Eventually October 20th my customer support called Ricah, said sorry, we fully understand,Etc, etc, yes refund will be issued, guess what 20th November YES STILL NO REFUND, bunch of crooks

I would strongly advise against using…

I would strongly advise against using this company. They did not deliver all my ordered goods, took my money, and over 2 months later I still have not had a refund. No emails are responded to, there is no way to contact by phone. The goods they did deliver were not as advertised and are sub standard. Overall, I am £400 down with £200 worth of refund unprocessed and left with £200 of useless goods.
