Beware of extra charges post-payment

Exercise caution with this service! They altered the price after I had already made the reservation and payment without justification. If you refuse to pay the increased amount, you risk losing your money and reservation, as the payment is non-refundable. They initially offer a competitive price, only to charge more later when you have no alternatives. The support team did assist me with a one-time discount after I discovered this the day before pick-up.

Deceptive practices. I received a dirty vehicle and upon returning it after two days, they deducted €25 for cleaning from my deposit. I provided before and after photos, yet I did not receive my full deposit back. I later found numerous reviews about their habit of withholding deposits for extended periods. Consider renting from a more reliable company for better prices.
