I placed an order on November 17, 2025, and have not received anything. There has been no shipping, updates, or delivery. I reached out via email several times and attempted to call, but received no response whatsoever. No replies or explanations, nothing at all. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others to avoid this service to prevent wasting time and money.
I ordered clippers for my son’s birthday. When they arrived, they were clearly used. The box was unsealed, the blade guard was missing, there was hair around the blades, and the box was damaged. I’ve tried to contact the company via two emails and a phone call right after receiving the clippers, but I’ve heard nothing back. Buyer beware, this is not a reliable service.
This company has zero communication. I sent multiple emails and only received a generic response stating they would get back to me. There’s no telephone support. This has been ongoing for about a month. I eventually contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I couldn't even get a response when I wanted to cancel my order. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.
Customer support is nonexistent. I received no replies to my emails. I ordered two of the same product but got two different items. It would be great if they could refund me for one of the bottles I didn’t want. This is my first and last purchase from this place. I should have trusted my instincts; the website feels like a scam.
I truly love this place! Their barber and salon supplies are consistently top-notch, and I purchase everything I need from here. The staff is friendly, and the shop has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My wife also gets her hair done at the salon inside, and the stylist is incredibly talented — she always leaves extremely satisfied with the results. Highly recommended for both excellent products and outstanding service!
