Went with a knee injury. Saw Sabrina who was brilliant. Each time I went she massaged my knee, which helped greatly, and showed me exercises to do at home. I only had to see her a few times and I was impressed that she followed up with a phone call to my home to check on my progress. Also, I thought the cost of the treatment was very reasonable.
I visit Jane to have a have an MOT every few weeks. Having a fairly physical job, getting older, and a lot of stress, is taking its toll! Jane is great at helping me lose a few knots, and providing advice on how I can help myself with particular exercises.
