I have attended Osteo and Physio in Cullompton for several months now and Lisa Chrimes-Watts has been fantastic in finding out the issue in my back and treating it! Cant recommend her enough. And she’s lovely to chat to also!! Talks you through what she’s doing at every stage!
I have been going to Osteo and Physio for some years at the Tiverton Clinic. I now see Ben Verling, he is very professional, whilst putting you at ease. He has a wealth of knowledge and advice which he passes on during your treatment. I have treatment of Osteopathy for back, sciatica, and shoulder issues. What I like is that I only have the minimum sessions required and Ben is quite clear about the amount of sessions you need, so that you do not keep going when you don't need to.
I have had several osteopathy treatments from Lisa Chrimes-Watts over the last few months, in the Cullompton clinic. I started going originally for pain in one of my sacroliac joints and tension in my shoulder and neck. I am really happy with the treatment I get from Lisa - it always is adapted to what I might be feeling physically at the time of the appointment. I especially appreciate the gentleness of the cranial osteopathy she does on me. My body is feeling much better these days and I'm still going regularly - every 6 weeks now - for 'maintenance'. First time visit. Felt Covid safe and everything seemed very clean.Sarah listened to what my needs were and suggested the most appropriate treatment for me.I had a fantastic massage and my neck, shoulders and jaw have felt much looser since and I am sleeping better.Thank you so much Sarah and I look forward to my next treatment in 2 weeks.
Osteo and Physio Ottery has confirmed my previous belief that Osteopaths are magicians! Much of my first session involved getting a full history of my problems and then a physical check. This revealed that the main problem I thought I had was not my main problem at all! Manipulation was done professionally and with information provided throughout. Oliver has also provided other support, not just exercises for me to do at home but he found a self hypnosis video which has been extremely helpful. I feel I am being really well looked after by someone with excellent knowledge and skill and who takes a wholistic look at the issues I am facing.
