I have a great experience with Richard

I have a great experience with Richard. I took advantage of the first free consultation. My next appointment was two days later. The delay was due to my medication not the company. Richard explained everything he did and why he was doing it. Felt better after my first appointment. I will need a few more appointments due to my injury but I couldn't recommend Richard any more highly.

Deep Tissue Massage

Alice is both personable and professional.I suffer with extreme tension in my neck and shoulders and Alice's deep tissue massage is always helpful and I feel more relaxed.

Effective treatment that significantly reduced my neck pain

Good introduction and assessment followed by treatment. I went in with a neck pain/stiffness 8/10 and left with the pain reduced to 1/10. Will have the follow up treatment and sports massage to improve my neck mobility.

Have not used this practice before and very happy with the professional attitude and diagnosis given for my problem. The treatment was thorough and was given plenty of follow up videos for correct exercises.

Tatiana is an amazing osteopath

As always, Tatiana a Cullompton osteopath at Osteo and Physio, asked questions about any ongoing issues and then proceeded to address them. She offered advice about how I can help myself in certain activities, all of which I shall take on board. I came away from the maintenance session feeling lighter, more relaxed and moving more easily.
