I visited Sidmouth Osteo and Physio and was seen by Steve McMullen.I thought that he was very thorough and kept me informed the whole time about what he was doing and how it would help me.
I had my second appointment today at the Sidmouth branch of Osteoandphysio with Steve McMullen, the Osteopath. The main condition that I discussed with Steve was the problems with my TMJ joint which I suspect is playing a part in my main concern which is daily headaches. Steve did some work on my jaw and then showed me some great daily exercises I can do myself which I will most definitely do from now on. Since then Steve has done more research on other exercises available on YouTube that I can try which he sent me. Excellent service . I’ll be seeing Steve regularly from now on as I’m in my 70’s and it’s so important to stay as fit and active as possible.

Alice is professional and an excellent therapist. She combines her excellent knowledge with thorough sensitivity and ability to locate problems and alleviate pain. I had an Achilles op that went wrong with significant scar tissue which was debilitating and she has transformed the whole area. She works on whole body to restore balance and I can’t recommend highly enough.
I've used the Cullompton clinic for osteopathic treatment for several years. The treatment I'm given always addresses my problems and is backed up by recommended exercises. Michal always gives a clear explanation of the issues during the session and what he will be doing to sort them out. Can't fault them.
