Disappointing Support Experience

I was initially pleased with the service and even recommended it to others. A year ago, I encountered an issue with the previous tenants’ electricity bill, and the support team was helpful. However, I've recently faced a significant problem in the apartment that required machinery, leading to an unexpectedly high electricity bill (several hundred €). I need assistance to obtain a straightforward bill for this usage so I can request a refund from the management company. Unfortunately, I've been waiting over three weeks for a simple response in the customer support chat. They even closed my request ticket about a week ago, informing me in another language despite our prior conversation being in English (which was a key reason for choosing this service). They claimed the issue was resolved, but nothing has happened. I've reached out again and am still waiting. I'm incredibly frustrated by the lengthy wait for such a simple request or any response that isn't automated. I genuinely wish I had chosen a different provider, as this situation is becoming burdensome. I plan to switch to a provider with better customer support as soon as this issue is resolved.

Customer Support Disappeared

Initially, I was happy with the service and recommended it to others. A year ago, they helped me with an issue concerning a previous tenant's electricity bill. However, I recently faced a problem that led to an exorbitant electricity bill, and I need their assistance to generate a bill for a refund. I'm incredibly disappointed with the delay for a simple request and will switch providers as soon as this issue is sorted.

MAJOR SCAM ALERT

I've been trying to contact them for a week with no response whatsoever. They also lack a phone number. I signed a contract with them three months ago in Munich and they started charging me monthly. We have a smart reader, so I provided all necessary information. Everything seemed fine until we received a letter stating we are not registered and not paying our bills! They collect money from me but aren't paying the central authority! I have now canceled my contract and made a new one elsewhere, and I'm trying to recover my money from these scammers!

Confusing and Frustrating Experience

I encountered a very confusing situation. After moving into my new apartment on October 1st, I signed up using my correct meter number. However, they assigned my contract to the wrong address, leading to an automatic cancellation that I did not request. I confirmed with the actual provider that I was never registered with them. Despite this, I was charged for October and November. Their communication was slow and unclear, and I'm still waiting for a proper explanation. This lack of verification caused significant stress, and I'm now seeking a refund for payments made for non-existent service.

Terrible User Experience

Inconvenient Customer Service Access

Reaching customer service is quite inconvenient. The app doesn't allow me to submit meter readings, forcing me to send photos each month. This is very cumbersome.
