Cant get deposit out

This broker closed my account calling it suspicious, and claimed to have returned my deposit when they have not and I am yet to receive $464 of my deposit returned to me. Totally fraudulent and watch out they don't even return deposits if you make profit here.Update: In response to Otet's response, that is total nonsense and they failed to return even my deposit made there, WARNING do not deposit here.
