You're not being honest. I never received any warning by email — not before the account block, not after.I sent multiple messages to your official addresses: info@, legal@, and ticket@ — absolutely no replies.Your WhatsApp and Telegram support? They answer, i tell them what happen and after no one responds.I called your UK phone number several times — no answer.Also, let’s be clear: I did try to withdraw my funds. There is no functioning withdrawal method available on your platform right now. You blocked access and left no options.Unfortunately, I can’t attach screenshots here to prove that I received zero help from your support channels — but I have them all saved, and I'm more than willing to share them elsewhere if needed.Your response here is trying to rewrite the facts. But my experience is real, and I’ll continue to warn others until you take real responsibility and return my money.
I’ve had a very unpleasant experience with Otet Markets. After a few days of trading, I made a profit of $2,139.51 and submitted a withdrawal request on 07.03.2025. Since then, I haven’t received any clear response.I opened a support ticket and was told to wait 20 days for verification. I respected that timeframe without sending any follow-up messages or bothering them in any way — I waited patiently. Today, after the waiting period has passed, I contacted support again, but I was completely ignored — no one replied.I find this attitude from Otet Markets absolutely unacceptable and deeply concerning. The complete lack of communication and transparency is alarming. I’ve tried to get in touch with them through every possible channel, but with no success. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.PS: update 16.04.2025Five days ago, when I left this review, I was told that my issue would be expedited and resolved. I’d like to mention that no one has contacted me since then — just the response below. Furthermore, just two hours ago, I received an email rejecting my withdrawal request with the reason “DOCUMENT REJECT.” I have no way to ask for clarification, as no one is available or willing to assist me at support. This situation has become a nightmare. Stay as far away as possible from this broker!
As I said in the previous feedback that has been removed Otet Markets does not respond to messages and I have not received my withdrawal made on 03/12/2025 to verify. It is 993.06 USDT, transaction ID 378057, WALLET 84202.. checkPs: Today, 08/04/2024, for the first time, I spoke with the Otet Markets assistant on WhatsApp and they told me that they were trying to solve the problem. I will provide new feedback after they solve my withdrawal problem.Ps: Finally I managed to have the withdrawal of $993 updated to 3 stars because finally the support managed to solve my problem after 1 month of waiting

Very bad comunication!The deposit was made several days ago, but it still hasn't been credited to the account. I tried to talk to someone by email or chat, but no one, and no response by email. A company that values its customers doesn't behave like this. I haven't even tested the platform yet, and I already don't like this type of customer service.
