REAL FEEDBACK I experience,This is my first time to used Otet Markets, I was really happy to used the Ramadan Gift 20$ NDB gift from Otet Markets and making profits from NDB, all I was experienced is after the NDB was credited into my festival account and make profits, and I stopped to trading from NDB, and I followed all the rules proved by Otet markets, and today I was see my profits into my wallet that’s my profits has been sent to my wallet by Otet markets, and I was successfully withdrawal my profits from Otet markets, the withdrawal is really faster than others brokers, I hope Otet markets in futures are doing better and more stable as well! ❤️Support Otet markets! 👍😍
I’m giving 2 stars because my KYC verification has still not been approved after more than 48 hours. I have already submitted all the required documents as requested.
I contacted the helpdesk, and they asked me to submit a support ticket, which I did. Unfortunately, the response has not been helpful, and my KYC is still not being processed at the time of writing. There is no clear update or timeline provided, which is frustrating.
I hope Otet Markets can improve their KYC processing speed and provide clearer communication from their support team, especially for new users who want to start using the platform.

My kyc verification not going well. Im already do 4 kyc verification and all of them not verify me. Im using the selfie with ID and ID card same to all other broker im registered but when i try to verify this broker keep decline my verification. And their reason for reject my verification is want me to verify using Passport. This is ridiculous to using passport as national verification as we know not everyone has passport. And Their Customer service is not help at all and their answer just using Bot AI and not helping.
