Review Time
I recently went to DiJiFi to transfer some film and audio. The process was estimated to take about a month, but I opted for the rush service to get it done sooner. About a week later, I was told my order was ready — however, when I arrived, the film transfer hadn’t actually been completed and my film wasn’t on-site. I was upset .The person assisting me immediately apologized, They waived the rush fee, completed the transfer the very next day, and sent me the files via Dropbox. They personally delivered my film back to me the following day.In the end, the results were excellent — the film transfer looks beautiful and the audio sounds great. Despite the initial mix-up, I really appreciated their honesty,and how quickly they resolved everything.
I mostly want to thank Blaine for my excellent experience at DiJiFi. He greeted me warmly and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions. He showed me how things would work. It is because of his kind assistance that I returned for more work to be done by DiJiFi. People make all the difference and Blaine is someone DiJiFi should treasure.
I live in key West Florida and I was having a difficult time finding somebody to take my videos from my phone and put them on a DVD. This is so important to me because my little brother has down syndrome and I recorded him singing some Elvis songs and the recordings got erased except for the videos and he's been waiting and waiting and waiting for his CD which I can't produce. But thanks to you guys I will be able to give him the DVDs and my dad and my sister will be so grateful. Also they all live in Arkansas and Louisiana, thank you and thank you for being so prompt to get back to me
