I ordered a top from these guys a few weeks ago for an event coming up. Delivery looked well and good until a false attempted delivery occurred. I was home all day and can confirm that there was no attempted delivery. I contacted customer service as the re-delivery date for my top was going to be after the event.
Her response was "have patience". Thanks Cathy, a fake delivery attempt and your lack of customer service skills really helps.

Avoid this seller if you're in the US!

I would give no stars if possible! Avoid this seller if you reside in the US! I ordered an XL sweater for my son, but it fits more like a Medium and the quality is terrible! When I requested a refund, they initially offered me $3, then $11. I paid over $33 plus shipping. I asked for a full refund of $33, but they claimed shipping costs are high and insisted I return it at my own expense for a refund. Proceed with caution; this is not a reliable company.

If I had the option to select -0 stars, I certainly would. Terrible experience with this company. They misled me with discount codes and provided unprofessional customer service. To top it off, they charged my account for an order they had canceled.
