My experience was one of confusion on my part. I quickly answered a survey and didn’t understand what I was signing up for, only to find out that I had purchased a membership into Outfitsvip. I immediately messaged their customer service department to cancel and was answered very quickly. They explained who Outfitsvip was, and how they sell their discounted products. I was very impressed with their customer service. They were polite and care about their customers.

This firm are scammers , I signed up to what I thought was a postcode lottery advent calendar. And had to pay for postage then get an email saying I have signed up for them . I should’ve been more careful just advise everyone to be careful . As trying to cancel the membership is a nightmare too. Stay away 😡
