I canceled a subscription and I did not know that I needed to cancel a membership too and it charged me without me knowing. I saw post on Facebook that you can get stuff for 1€. That was clearly false advertising because of course there was nothing like that. Hope to get my money back. The problem solved Emily and I am very grateful for that. Thank you, Escalation Team.
