Horrible experience with ticket delivery

I never received tickets for two events, and there was no receipt provided. When I inquired, the responses were strange and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated. If I don't get a refund, I plan to take action at every event I can until I feel satisfied.

Avoid this service at all costs.

I strongly advise against using this service. I thought they were reliable, but after paying $90 for two tickets and an extra $10 for coverage, I found out that my family situation isn't covered. Their support team redirected me endlessly when I tried to get a refund. It's a complete scam.

Untrustworthy service. I made a mistake and requested a refund within five minutes, but they refused. I visited their office for help, and after they assured me they'd reach out, I never heard from them again.

Refund requests ignored

The event was cancelled, and although there was a chance of rescheduling, it seems unlikely. I've repeatedly asked for a refund, but they keep ignoring my requests. I strongly recommend avoiding this service for ticket purchases as they lack integrity.

Poor handling of refunds and no follow-up

I contacted the service immediately after placing an order to cancel and request a refund, including postage, which I didn't agree to. They refused the refund and haven't responded to my follow-up. It's disappointing to see a company take money for services not rendered and then go silent. Their checkout process is misleading as ticket delivery is selected by default. I've had to escalate the issue with my bank.

Partial refunds on cancelled events

This service does not provide full refunds for cancelled events. They keep part of the payment and only refund the base amount. I am still waiting for $24 to be refunded, while other platforms refund the full amount. It's incredibly frustrating.

Great experience despite personal tragedy

I had a wonderful experience with the service. After a family tragedy prevented me from attending an event, the support team was incredibly kind and helpful. I especially want to thank a representative who went above and beyond to assist me. They are far better than other ticket platforms, and I highly recommend them.

Extremely rude representatives.

Extremely rude representatives. I applied for a position and encountered a very unprofessional recruiter. When I provided feedback to the company, I spoke to two other staff members who were equally condescending and unhelpful. Their lack of professionalism and empathy is alarming.
