Great product, but service is lacking

This is my third order. The socks are fantastic, but the service and shipping leave much to be desired. My first order went smoothly, and the product was wonderful. However, for the second order, they couldn't fulfill it, and I waited weeks without any communication from their support team regarding stock issues. They eventually processed a refund. Now, I placed my third order nearly a month ago for Christmas gifts, and it still hasn't shipped, with no response from customer service. It's disappointing because the product is excellent, but don't expect reliable customer support. If I don't hear from them soon, I may need to dispute the charge with my card processor.

Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them. This company is the worst ever. There is no customer service phone number. It takes week to receive a response from any given email. It took over a month to refund my money. I had to file a dispute with my bank. When I placed an order within 5 minutes I realized I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email immediately requesting a cancellation. Because these clowns takes days and weeks to respond, the order couldn't be cancelled. Now I have to pay return shipping. Ripoff company.

Pleasantly surprised

I read a lot of the reviews people had left and thought "kinda sounds too good". But I took a chance and ordered some socks and wow, they are pretty amazing! Warm, very comfortable, don't bunch up or move around on your foot. I'm happy I have a few pairs now. Don't know how they'll be after a few washes but I'm hoping there is a lot of wear in them.

Waiting 4 months for an order to be fulfilled - no response from them

This is March 6, 2025. I'm still waiting on an order placed in November 2024 that was placed for Christmas. Order 704070 if someone at Paca sees this. I have sent several emails and all I get back are the same email with the excuse, we're a small company and it takes us longer to fill orders,.... No one ever reaches out. I can't find a phone number to call anyone. The phone number listed on my credit card statement is not a valid number.
