Booked online and dropped to Pack & Send Canberra on 23 December. Item was not picked up until 6 January. Took another 14 days to get delivered to a Melbourne city location. Had to send photos of package to help locate it. Delivery time was supposed to be 2-3 days.☹️
Parcel tracking didn't change after the first 3 days. I waited a week before enquiring just in case. Enquired 8 times about this and got different results, even one response saying the package was delivered to a different state - they sent me the signature of the person that received it. After waiting over a month they finally tracked it down and delivered it. So it arrived - but this was terrible experience with the company.
The customer service I received was amazing. The male worker knew exactly how to pack my goods and used extra packing tape to make sure my parcel was secure. He told me how long delivery would take and I left feeling confident about the whole process.
I used pack n send. The transaction was okay. Multiple failed pick ups which needed to be rescheduled, this was annoying but not the end of the world.However one month after they stung me with a massive hidden charge (apparently from star track). I gave all details weight and dimensions so found this extremely dishonest.Pay in cash, don’t use PayPal or credit card or they will take the extra money without consultation.
